Prices, Payment and VAT

Prices

Displayed in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs indicated separately prior to payment.

Prices vary from one country to another. This is not arbitrary: cross-border shipping, the applicable VAT rate, and payment processing fees are not the same everywhere. The price that binds you is the one displayed at the time of your order.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland).

You may pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and via Klarna. Depending on your country, other standard payment methods are available: Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, BLIK in Poland, MB Way in Portugal, Satispay in Italy, as well as Link. The exact list is displayed at checkout: it depends on your country, the currency, and the amount.

We neither see nor store your card number. The amount is debited upon placing the order. If payment is declined, the contract is not formed.

The descriptor that appears on your bank statement is NATEEN — not the seller's corporate name, so that you can easily recognise the purchase.

VAT

Displayed prices include VAT.

Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. is established in Slovakia and is registered for VAT there. As long as our distance sales to non-taxable individuals within the European Union remain below the European threshold of 10 000 € per year, Slovak VAT applies, regardless of your delivery country. Above this threshold, the VAT of your country applies; we then declare it via the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS).

In both cases, the applicable rate and the VAT amount appear on the summary displayed prior to payment, and subsequently on your invoice. This document is authoritative.

Invoice

Issued in the name of Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. and sent by email. It contains the required statutory details: seller identification, IČO, IČ DPH, date, invoice number, itemised product details, net subtotal before tax, VAT rate and amount, total inclusive of all taxes.

If you are ordering on behalf of a VAT-registered entity, please provide your VAT number: we will reissue the invoice accordingly.

Refunds

Always issued to the original payment method, via Stripe. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank: please allow 5 to 10 business days after our instruction is issued.
