We do not collect any health data. You do not have to tell us why you purchase our products, and we do not ask.
What remains on your device
Certain features of the website store information **in your browser, on your device**, and never send it to us: your display preferences (text size, contrast, sound) and, if you use our exercises, the log of your sessions and the symptoms you record there.
This information does not reach us, we cannot read it, and it is never transmitted to any third party. You can delete it by clearing the website data from your browser.
Who else has access
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing.
- DPD — Direct Parcel Distribution SK s. r. o., Pri letisku 19020/5, 821 04 Bratislava — name, address, telephone, for delivery.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — website hosting.
- Our accountant and, where applicable, the tax authorities.
Each party acts strictly within its scope of duty, under contract. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
Outside the European Union
Your data remains within the European Union. Our three processors are established there: Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland), DPD (Slovakia), and Hetzner Online (Germany). No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time where it serves as the legal basis. Write to sk@nateen.com: we respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country, or with the Slovak authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Passwords, where applicable, are stored in hashed form. Database access is individualized and logged. In the event of a personal data breach posing a risk to you, we will inform you and notify the competent authority within 72 hours.
Minors
This website is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
