Right of Withdrawal

The Principle

You have fourteen days to change your mind, without having to give any reason and without penalty.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you — or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the last parcel of the order.

How to Exercise It

Notify us before the end of the fourteen days by an unequivocal statement:

• or by using the form below, which is not mandatory.

We will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium.

Returning Products

Send back the products no later than fourteen days after notifying us, to the address Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. — warehouse, Cesta poľnohospodárov 4, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovakia.

We will bear the cost of returning the products. Contact us and we will send you a prepaid return label: you do not advance any fees, regardless of the reason.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision; we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever is the earliest.

The refund covers the price of the products and the standard delivery costs you paid. If you chose a delivery method faster than our standard offer, we will not refund the additional cost.

We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed to another means. The refund will not cost you anything.

The Exception Concerning You

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, **if they have been unsealed after delivery**.

Our protection products are sealed hygiene products. In practice:

We remind you of this before payment: you accept this exception knowingly. If you wish to try a product risk-free, order a single bag: you can always return the others intact.
